Play-N-Share is an early childhood program for children ages 2-5.

At Play-N-Share, each child is viewed as a special gift from God.  Emphasis is placed on learning Christian morals and values.  The program is designed to provide children with a safe, stimulating, and loving environment for learning through play, and to help each child build a positive self-esteem.  The child has the opportunity to play with children of his or her own age.  The children are encouraged to socialize, create, become more independent, and learn to share.

The curriculum, theme-based, is designed to be appropriate to the developmental abilities of each child, and is implemented with attention to children's differing needs.  It is through active involvement with their environment that they make sense of the world around them.  Activities are planned to support this learning process and to address each child's physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual development.

In 2009, we started a new program for our large muscle time.  One of our parents generously donated some children's professional gym equipment to Play-N-Share.  We hired a gym teacher who designed a class which incorporates jumping, stretching, and specific movements (pencil rolls, forward rolls, etc.) using the gym equipment (all soft foam pieces).  Each class will be 20-25 minutes long one or two times a week.

Non-refundable Registration Fee:  $75 for first child and $50 for each additional sibling

Program hours:   9:00am to 1:00pm Monday through Friday 

Tuition:   $18/day for first child and $12/day for each additional sibling

Class sizes range from 9 children in the 2's class to 12 children in the 3's and 4's classes.   Each class has two teachers.

Children may attend 1 or 2 days per week in the 2's & 3's classes and up to 3 days per week in the 4's classes.

TWO YEAR OLD CLASS (Must be 2 by June 1)
Children in this class participate in a number of social activities.  Children learn to play together and participate in simple structured routines such as snack time, music and craft.

THREE YEAR OLD CLASS (Must be 3 by August 1)
Pre-writing activities (cutting, coloring), letter recognition, social skills and following routines are all a part of this classroom.  Children will develop skills of independence and responsibility through play and active involvement with the world around them.

FOUR YEAR OLD CLASS (Must be 4 by August 1)
This class will help to prepare children for kindergarten by introducing letter/name writing, sound recognition and social skill development.  Skills such as listening, cooperation and following directions are developed.
