Welcome to the Avon United Methodist Church special needs ministry. Our prayer is that you will feel the unconditional love of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. The ministry provides a Christ-centered, safe and caring environment for those with unique challenges, abilities and disabilities.
Our mission is to serve and minister to families and individuals with Special Needs by sharing the unconditional love and compassion of Jesus Christ, creating an environment where all people with all abilities can worship, and to help strengthen and nurture the family in their spiritual growth.
Unconditional Christ-Centered Safe and Caring
John 9:1-3
"As he went along, he saw a blind man from birth. His disciples asked him, Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents that he was born blind? Neither this man nor his parents sinned, said Jesus, but this happened so that the work of God might be displayed in his life."
